Tea is actually supposed to be very good for you. It has lots of antioxidants, and some herbal teas can help with specific health problems. It's a good thing to drink if you're trying not to drink your calories, especially if you don't add any sugar.

The con is the caffiene. I guess it's a good thing for some people, but I try to stay away from caffiene. It keeps me up at night and increases your heart rate. Caffiene also dehydrates you because it affects your kidneys. So if you drink tons of iced tea you will have to pee a lot.

Compared to many other drinks, there are not too many CONS. But some of the pros are: better skin, weight loss, antioxidants, caffiene boost.

a lot of tea, like Lipton tea, is caffinated. But tea isn't as bad as soda or beer.

It's a good refreshing drink however it does contain alot of caffine. It also stains your teeth.

Pro's - It tastes nice.
Cons - It makes you wee.
