What are some good exercises to build the upper body, just to basically make it toned but with a little mass.

I plan to work out 3 days a week such as every mon. wed. friday. I have my own workout room here at my house with a treadmill, dumb bells, bench press, situp recliner, bike.
I'm 6'0 and just below average I'd say. My stomach is already hard just not toned to where you see the abs.

I already have a good diet. I drink nothing but water, I don't eat junk food, I eat fruits daily as well.
