What is beer syrup?

could you be referring to malt syrup? its used in the production of beer.

I think it is the sediment that is at the very bottom of a bottle of homemade beer. It isn't like syrup, its yukkkkkyyyyy!

Cook a half cup of beer until it reduces to 2 tablespoons.
