Euphoria is the release of serotonin and endorphins. It's purely biological. Why should that have anything to do with the afterlife?

It must be. Something we can probably accomplish artificially anyways.

Most people will disagree because they do not understand such things. A lot of people do not see the necessity of the brain at all. To them the brain is just some pilot compartment for their soul. To them it is a magical candy land where the God supplies feelings of well being.

Where do you get your information from?

I haven't actually been to Heaven, but my best guess to answer your question would be "No".
