I am not sure if there are on-line engineering schools and if they are I doubt they would be ABET accredited. I would recommend against any on-line source as the soul resource for a field that holds the public safety and welfare paramount. This should be learned from experienced professionals.

I can't imagine that you could possibly get an engineering degree on-line. And if you did, I doubt that anyone would respect a "mail order" engineering degree.

If you are just trying to learn some engineering for personal curiousity, that's different. But you would be wasting your time if you are trying to do it so that you could get licensed or get a job as an engineer. I doubt that any state licensing agencies would consider an on-line degree to be an acredited university.

Sorry.

DON'T do this online. Engineering is very rigourous and you will need all the personal help that you can get. Find a good school, pay the money, and if you do well and finish, you will pay that school off in no time.
