Use a toothpaste that has baking soda and peroxide in it or you can make your own, in a small bowl mix baking soda and peroxide til a paste then put put it on your tooth brush and use it everyday. It doesn't taste the best but it really works. I rinse with mouthwash after. It's also good for your gums.

A good product to get rid of stains on your teeth is baking soda. Take a little baking soda in the palm of your hand and press your wet toothbrush against the baking soda and brush. It does a good job of removing stains (tobacco, coffee, tea, etc.).
