That is a clear sign of abusive behavior and it will only get worse. Get out while you can. If you need help, call a mental health or social service agency that offers Domestic Violence services.

NO! And besides dumping him, I would be sure to find someone to PUSH HIS ***! Males should never put their hands on a female! Girl get some act rights, and let him go before you get into a cycle of abuse. Pushing escalates to hitting, etc. I am a grown woman and I'll be damned if I ever let a man tell me what to do! He is not your daddy! Just who the hell does he think that he is? i have been in this situation before, and trust me Sweetness it only gets worse! If you are unable to do it, let your brother, dad, cousin, friend, etc. whoop his ***, for even thinking about it! It may save the next woman some grief, don't let it be you!

first of all, be smart...obviously, no, you should not allow someone to threaten and put their hands on you. do not listen to these other comments of people telling you to allow him to push you just because you are asking a question like this. screw them =) you are obviously young and confused, never been in a relationship at all most likely...anyway, do what your heart tells you to do, because that is the ONLY thing you will end up listening to. maybe if he does put his hands on you one time, it will change you for the rest of your life and you'll never allow someone to hurt you again, or even have the chance to threaten you. ask people, friends, family, etc...but most of all, if you are asking the question, there must be something inside telling you this is not a good thing and that you need help. it is like wearing something to school, for example. if you think you may get in trouble, or have to ask if you can wear it...you probably already know what the answer is. =)

I had a boyfriend that told me he was going to hit me in the mouth if I did not mind him, I told him that it would be the last person that he ever hit, and he never said that to me again. If he was joking, then tell him to knock it off, if he is serious, leave him now

Get as far away from this guy as you can!!!
Do not walk, run.
Change you phone number & if needed the lock on your door.
Think seriously what you want & will accept in a relationship, & set some limits beyond which you don't go. You'll be glad you did.

you don't need to listen to what he says if you don't want to! if he's going to start giving you orders you need to fight back and say hell no...i don't need to listen to your a**! (run if he tries to hit u & call the police)
If you can, dump him girl. A guy like this isn't worth getting all hot with..a lot more men out there for u.

no u need to get rid of him..hes a control freak n hes gonna end up hurting or killing u..get out before the abuse starts...if he puts his hands on u,call the police n have him locked up...u know first comes the shoving then comes the beatens....then God forbid he could kill u or u kill him in self defense...ur in a bad relationship n he wants to be in control..no one should control anyone..u control yourself.plz i beg of u to get out before something bad starts happening.
