I am 13, and my friends tell me that i am fat, i have been starving myself, and i am REAl hungry!!!!!

First of all, at your age, your body isn't finished growing.You may thin out on your own with age. You are also depleting your body of necessary nutrients. You can make your bones weak, heart weak (it is a muscle), and eventually if you continue you will start losing your hair, developing bruises easily and could ultimately suffer permanent heart damage. The only real way to lose weight, and keep it off, is diet, forming healthy eating habits (small portions, eating slowly, knowing when you're full and don't eat in front of the TV) and exercise. You don't have to go nuts, just have 3 meals a day, 2 small healthy snacks, and increase your activity level. Just walking will help. When you go on a starvation diet, you slow down your metabolism, and can gain weight when you do eat. Your body thinks it's starving and stores whatever you eat as fat for food for later. If it becomes necessary, your doctor may even prescribe medication to help, if you are REALLY overweight. You haven't said how tall you are, or what your body frame is like. They are factors that decide what you should weigh. Last, these people are not your friends if they are saying things like that to you. True friends see you for what is on the inside. Please stop starving yourself, I once did that diet, lost a lot but unfortunately gained a lot more back. If you want to loose some weight do it with excercise, go for a walk, depending on where you live you can walk outside, if you are someplace cold like me, walk up and down your stairs, that should help, as for eating, first of all don't skip a meal, so no more starving yourself, have breakfast, that will help, have a small lunch, and a decent dinner, make sure you finish eating before 8, after 8 it's too late, is a good way to remember, but don't ever starve yourself.

starving yourself is the worst thing to do. be natural and at a slow pace. patience is the key and perseverance. read tips on weight loss and exercise programs on this site

That's the worst way to loose weight... Just eat right and exercize.
