I've approached girls of all ethnic... the ones i connect well with, I would want to get to know better. Although I've met some very nice Caucasian girls.. I would say racism only exist within the white girls.. I think its just the way they were raised. Or from other peers who are racist. I think discrimination is bad..
I think if your parents or friends are uncool with it. Maybe you should put your feet down. I think its wrong to have others dictate what you should or should not want in life.

Well too bad. You are marring him. My husband is white and I am a Latina from Colombia but it is really cool to have different opinions about things. Don't let it bother you. If your family truly love you they won't make a big deal.

Too bad for them, it's YOUR life. If you really like them then it's totally worth it... would you pass up your chance at finding your soul mate just because your parents dont approve? I think not, family and friends'll forgive you after they get to know him if he's the one anyhow. :) Good luck!

My dad is the craziest most rascist redneck in all of the south, and trust me when i brought home my spanish boyfriend i thought for sure he was gonna reach for his gun. He kept his cool, He dosnt like it but he knows im happy and respects that. If your friends and family really care for you they will see that your happy and bite their tongue.
