Lots of protein, power bars, meat, drink lots of Vitamin water. Exercise, lift weights, try out a yoga class, stretch on your own, treadmill, water aerobics, bicycle.

Why stop there though?

Go for a full body workout and get a balanced build. The only thing is, if you want the muscle to show and be as defined as possible you need to get rid of the fat by dieting and exercising. Low weight with high repatition is a good way to make and mantian a good defanition. Also tanning is a good way to make the "cuts" that muscles have more visible.

It will take time though, so don't expect results over night.

Firstly, you need to change your diet plan. Reduce (not eliminate)fat , carbo intake and increase your protein. Increase your fruit and vege intake as well. Take 5-6 small meal a day, and don't be hungry!

Do exercise on a regular basis, starting with walking 30-40 min excercise at least 3-4 times a week. Once your body is use to this routine, then start walking up stairs cases. Taking care on your knees and ankles.

My suggestion is that you do other physical exercise as well, activities that you enjoy, that way, it will keep your exercise routine more interersting and less likely to give up.

Go to a health and Fitness store and look for supplement that assist in fat losses, but don't just take those supplement without exercise.

Remember, certain fat or oil are essential for your health.

Every person has a different body, so I am going to tell you what has worked for me:

I recommend the combination of cardio (to melt the fat) and light cardio (build some muscle). I am a girl and dont want to look bulky, just toned, so if you are looking for the same I would do weights that are:

- Not too heavy in lbs.
- More sets/reps (3 reps of 20)

Dont do too much. Always start your cardio for a short amount of time and a slow pace. Increase the time and speed as your endurance grows.

Contrary to popular belief, there is no such thing as turning fat into muscle, since they are two entirely different substances. But what you CAN do is burn off fat through exercise, and increase muscle mass by weightraining. Also limit fat intake with a healthy diet. If oyu do these things you will have the appearance of having turned your fat into muscle, or buffing up, as they say, but in reality you will have just increased one while decreasing the other.

Fat can't be turned into muscle b/c they are two seperate entities. However, you can build up muscle by working out (weight room, maybe?) and loose the fat (cardio workouts work best). It's going to take time and perseverance though; don't expect an overnight change.

legs do alot of scwats. for the stomache reach for the sky to the right and to the left and tighten abs while doing this do it 5 minutes a day garuanteed you'd tighten up the abs this is a promise. and butt to lift and tighten stand up skweeze and hold for 5 seconds. repeat process for atleast 10 minutes a day.
