The Pass and Seymour company provided the plastic box, but the outlet has "BRYANT" engraved on it and there are figures that read L14-20, 20A, and 125-250V. There are 4 semicircle-shaped prongs.
If there is a place that carries adapters with a 3-pronged outlet on one side for an extension cord and 4 semicircled prongs on the other side, please let me know. I hope the person who answered my previous question can help me out.

sounds like this is an electrical attachment at an r.v. campground. campers have a couple of different plug- ins-- so the one you need is most likely in that box. this is a 125 volt service on the 3 prong-- the 4 prong would be the 250 volt-- be sure to check with a multitester and make sure your not hooking 250 volts into a 125 volt circuit. electricty is downright nasty if your the ground rod-- be careful.

This is on a telephone pole?
Have you tried an RV dealer. They have converter plugs for all sorts of power outlets.
