P.S.-people all over the world spend day in and day out in the sun and do not have incidents of skin cancer. Americans lather up with sun block and skin cancer is a big issue. It is better to protect yourself with a big hat and a light, long sleeve blouse if exposed to the sun for a significant period of time.
Otherwise, yes. The sun is necessary for healthy life! Your skin and hair need it-it helps your body produce vitamin D-(for bones and teeth), and your soul will thrive from its energy!
