Either she's very uncomfortable talking about sex (which some people are) or something bad has happened to her involving sex.

Don't jump to conclusions. Sex is a very taboo thing to talk about in society. She could've come from a very conservative family, in which sexual discussions were tinged with negativity. Unless you knew here very well, or she eventually gave you more clues to reasons why she would react that way, I wouldn't think too much of it.

well it depends has this girl had sex with this person asking the question? or someone? because if so maybe shes pregnant..... or if not.. maybe shes scared of getting pregnant!
