you can't get anyone to like you. you can make yourself be noticed more,if you think she'd like you,if she got to know you,
but you cannot control people ,situations,things, outcomes,etc.
all you can control is yourself, your actions and reactions.
how other people respond or react can only be controlled by them.

Show genuine interest in getting to know her and what she's interested in. You can't really make someone like you. And sorry, but you do need to just be yourself. If you make out you're someone else and she does end up liking you, you will either have to keep up the act or she will be annoyed that you weren't being yourself.

Oohh I know exactly how you feel. There isn't much you can do, especially if they are in a relationship.
But if you really like her and think she is the one, then try to talk to her more. Say hi when you pass her by, and try making a converstation with her. Start out with something you two have in common with, or with something you think she likes. If she thinks your more interested in her kind of stuff she will be more interested in you! Sometime after you 2 may start hanging out, and then ask her out when its time.

Try to spend some time around her, give her a chance to get to know you and for you to get to know her. Join a club she's in, or just catch up with her when she's walking somewhere and walk together. Feel her out. and yes- be yourself.

ok sometimes just being yourself will work but if it dosen't try to show him up! make him seem like a jerk! don't do anything to permantly damage how he appears to ppl just make him lok worse than you infront of her.
