Hep C is really transmitted through blood. Talk to your doctor for advice. Dont share needles or touch her blood. All the hep. just make you sick but dont really kill you (not as bad as HIV/AIDS) unless you already have AIDs or cancer and your immune system is compromised. Just get real advice from a doctor. Have a physical and ask for advice while you are there. Also ask the woman what her doctor has told her about HCV.
Good news researchers are trying to develop a Hep C (HCV) vaccine! Keep reading science news (science section of major newspapers or watch tv news). When it finally comes out it will be on the news for sure. And when it finally does come out get the vaccine. Then you will be 100% protected.
Consider getting Hep A, and Hep B vaccines if you have health insurance or go to a local city program that gives them out for a reduced cost (like 10 bucks a shot). It wont help against HCV but those are good vaccines to get since it will protect you from A and B.

U are not going to die and u need to be alittle more respectful of those of us that have lost someone too it.first only have protected sex and never use the same razors or toothbrushes.Unless she has sores in her mouth or u in yours u will also be fine.It is also a body fluid bases transmitter and u can't get in by just being near someone or anything like that it requires body fluids transfer and that does included if u do any type of drugs u can't use the same equipment at all even snorting. And be considerate of her at least she told u.Don't treat her like a freak or anything cause she is not she is a person just like u are .

OH NO!!! You should know better than to mess with someone with that. It is incurable. Do you really want to be with someone and of course short-live your life? Is it really worth costing you your everything, including your LIFE? Might I remind you, once you get involved there is no backing out. C'mon be smart about this. Oh and get her to get some help too, medically and professionally (counseling that is)
