I have a lot of guy friends myself. My best friend is a guy. The fact is that girls are hard to be friends with. Many that I've had throughout the years have been high-maintenece and catty! They've talked sh** behind my back, and come to me smiling the next day. Guys aren't so two faced. A guy would let you know straight off if you irritate him. And I could have a guy friend that I haven't talked to or seen in years, and it would be like not a day has passed since I last saw him.
I have a few girl friends also, but they tend to be of the same temperment as me. It's not unusual to prefer male friends, for me it's preferable.
