Indiana - Did you know that there is also a drink called Firewater that is very high proof and can really mess you up. When I lived in Indiana they sold that there also but not sure been gone for 10 years. My brother just brought some Everclear back here from Indiana in March so they still have that one.

Mississippi and maybe Lousiana...
i know in Lousiana, the daquiri places have it and you can get shots of it added, therefore you must be able to buy it. And i buy it in Mississippi all the time... its cheap and quick....

I know that you can buy it in Oregon. I used to buy it when I lived there. It makes great Jell-o shooters
