You should definately take advantage of this vunerable person. She can paint the living room while you are at work. Give her a really small paintbrush to do it with.

When you get home make her your slave and enjoy abusing her until she goes to the police. While you are in prison you would have increased the rent potential in your flat as it is newly decorated.

if you can afford to give her the room rent free, and dont mind messing up the relationship wen things hit the fan,go ahead get her to do any special favour.and the living room should be a nice shade of blue.

No don't be silly. Be a decent human being and give her time to get another job. She can then repay all the money when she can. Be a disciplined businessman and of course a gentleman at that!

can you really afford to have someone living with you who doesn't provide a regular income for you? if the answer to this question is yes then fine come up with an agreeable solution otherwise you may have to evict her.
