There aren't many things other than criminal records, also don't lie about past jobs, and don't lie about having education that you don't have. Good Luck.

Yeah my first thought is a bad reference or bad dates and or position in a previous job. Most companies i know give 4 months of a descrepancy, at the most 6. Any more than that and they start wondering, or call other employers and see if they check out.

maybe one of the past employers had put a bad comment about them. like a blackbook, vegas is know for those things...could also have to do with the fact that nv doesnt have to have a reason to fire you, so they who you applied to just doesnt like you and is using that as an excuse.
