If you are a woman, one day is the longest you should go. Women have bacteria that are considered good....until there are too many of them. This is when yeast infections and bacterial infections kick in. Better safe that sorry.

Usually I wear them for a day- it's kind of gross for more than that. But if I'm traveling or haven't done laundry, I can turn them inside out and wear them for another day.

You should wear them for about one day or two days and then wash them and wear again.

i don't wear underware, i wear depends....and that's for about a week at a time, or until the rash gets pretty dang bad.

i only wear when I'm going out,otherwise, i will not wear,its tight and it doesn't ventilate the area
