Check your bank statements bc that should have addresses on them, also any tax records.

If you are in the United States you can do a credit report to get your previous addresses. Your work history can also be supplied using your social security number but it will probably take more than a week. There are online sources for getting job history information. Employers use it all of the time. Your job history is kept by the Social Security Administration as well as your previous addresses. Give the SSA a call and ask them about it. They can help you.

If some one was keeping track, you would probably consider it invasion of privacy. You could try getting a copy of your credit report. It usually list one or two previous addresses, but not dates. You could also request your social security records. I don't remember if it shows employers. You can request tax transcripts from the IRS which may include W-2s that would have employer information. They will only send them by mail so 1 week may not be long enough. You really should have kept this information for yourself.

This is something you should know and have information on. There is no database anywhere that keeps track of where you live and where you worked unless you were on some sort of parole or probation program where you had to turn in information on where you lived and worked.
