In the coffee business we have to make lattes with steamed milk, well in some of the coffee drinks you also have to have foamed milk! Now how on earth do you make FOAMED milk?! PLEASE HELP!!

To foam your milk, it is very important to never set your pitcher down on the machine. Hold it the entire time! By moving the pitcher up and down, you are heating the various levels of the milk. Just like when you were a kid and blew bubbles in your milk, you got more bubbles when you put the straw at the top. So put your steaming head about a half inch to an ich below the top of the milk and move up and down to foam the milk. When you make a cappachino, you spoon this foam off the top and place it on the espresso shot.

the hot air that gos into the milk make the foam but do not put the spout right int the mail or you will not get foam ok

You ever seen whip cream?/ Well that's foamed milk, so buy one and they'll have the ingredients on there, or search this, how they make whip cream and you straight

It's froth from the steamed milk. Go to your local Starbucks and see how it's done.
