You need more than 100 calories just to keep alive each day. You starve yourself and your body will suffer for it . I understand you want to loose weight, but do it sensible. check out some web sites on dieting. Ask your doctor, but DONT starve yourself.
It really messes up your metabolism for any future weight loss. Your main thing to do is portion control and exercise.

Sorry honey, if you could do it, you would of done it by now. Dieting like this will only put on more weight because what will happen is you will start this diet, eat something that is not on the list (because you are hungry) then promise yourself that you will do better tomorrow. In the meantime, you will eat what you want for the rest of the day (over eat) because of your mistake. This will continue as the scale keeps going up.

Also, if you do succeed, once off this type of diet, you will eat everything in sight and the weight will be back on within a weeks time.

Best of luck.

I attribute 80% of my success to nutrition

Don't starve yourself, its gonna make it that much harder.
Don't do any of that carb starve nonsense

And throw rice out the window, i had to not eat anything my family ate, solely because their diet was so bad. (I'm asian)

Look at this, I lost 8 pant sizes off this quick.

Key ingredients:
- Multivitamin
- Lean Meats (fish, chicken, turkey)
- Meal Replacements
- Protein Bars
- Oatmeal is absolutely magnificent
- Green Tea
- Timing and portions
- Exercise (30-60 minute walks or jogs)
- Sleep ( Full 8 Hours)
- Water, water, water!

What i'm saying is what actor Ryan Reynolds was actually doing, along with recovery aid L-Glutamine, CLA, and whey protein shakes. with this, he slashed 1/3 of his body fat.

Good Luck.

Please do not try this! You will be starving your body of EVERYTHING you need to live, Most people who suffer from anorexia eat more than this. Try to cut down to 1500 calories a day with at least 30 min to 60 min of moderate exercise to start then work your way up on the exercise. Eat fresh fruits, veggies, whole grains and lean meats, cut out all processed foods and beverages including soda and you will loose the weight. Please check out the following website for info on the problems with anorexia.

10 POUNDS A MONTH IS THE AVERAGE. YOU'VE SET YOURSELF UP TO EITHER FAIL OR GET REALLY SICK FROM STARVING YOUR BODY. EVEN 1200 CAL. A DAY IS NOT MUCH FOR A GUY. TRY HAVING A SMALL SNACK, PROTEIN, IN MID MORNING AND MID AFTERNOON AND SOMETHING IN THE EVENING.

This plan really does not sound healthy to me. Maybe you should ask a doctor or nutricionist. Good luck on getting lower in weight but be sure you do it healthily.

Truth! THERE IS NO QUICK FIX FOR WEIGHT LOSS. You cannot lose 80 pounds that fast unless you are dead, and if you try .........you will be.
