When reheating food:
Not all harmful bacteria are killed by cooking. After cooking, these remaining bacteria can grow rapidly both when the food is cooling and when it is being re-heated. Further, the food may be re-contaminated after cooking. Therefore, food should reach at least 74º C (165º F) when you re-heat it. Again, make sure this temperature is reached by using a meat thermometer.
Do not reheat your leftovers more than once!
Microwave cooking is fast but heat distribution is uneven. Therefore, microwaved foods need to be heated at least 14º C (25º F) higher than that recommended for conventional heating. Further, microwaved foods need to be covered, stirred or rotated at least once midway through cooking to improve heat distribution. Food reheated in microwave ovens should reach 88º C (190º F) and be allowed to stand covered for two minutes after heating.

You should reheat your food once because if you tried to reheated again then the taste of the food will go bad and have not enough flavor. You would have to put somemore flavors in the food to make it taste great. But if you freeze it before after you cooked it. Then that is when you can still have your taste in the food that you prepared.

That is NOT true. You can continue to reheat food, until it goes bad. If there's mold growing, or it looks "off", or smells different at all, don't eat. Heat sufficiently to kill any bacteria, so bring to simmer and cook a while. Use common sense.

You can heat food as many times as you like until it spoils! Some things taste so much better re-heated.
If you put a product in the fridge with a milk base to soon and can go bad! Got to allow it cooling time.

You should only reheat food once because you could overcook it and it wouldn't be good to eat anymore.

you lose nutrition every time you reheat food...if you are reheating pizza you are basically ok to do it as many times as you want because it's ******* pizza...not too much nutrition in that...but if it something like vegetable's the more you do it the less good stuff in it for you! might as well eat paper

Increased risk of bacterial infection. The more times that you heat it, the more likely you are to grow nasty bacteria. Then, Voila, instant food poisoning.
