to make a long story short. my hubby's ex falsly accussed him of molestation. so she got arrested and was given a class four felony. she went to court today and this is what her record sheet says. INFORMATION FRUNISHED TO DEFENDENT TO ILLINOIS SUPREME COURT. RULE 412 BY THE PEOPLE, FILED.

the third answer is good, but does this mean she is going to trial? we are just wondering becouse we want custody of their son.

The short answer to this is that your hubbys ex (DEFENDANT) was given a copy of the State's evidence (DISCOVERY) in accordance with Illinois Supreme Court Rule 412 (see link below) by the District Attorney's Office on behalf of the people of the State of Illionois (PEOPLE).

I believe Rule 412 has something to do with DNA evidence.

It means she'll probably be going to court, unless she has a lawyer than can get it dropped or gets her a plea bargain.
