Boil up some salt water, let it cool, then literally snort it up your nostrils.
It works like a charm, but it's kind of gross and you might gag when you taste the salt.
They say surfers have the healthiest sinuses because of all the salt water they get up there.
I've done this and it works.

A saline spray works well. I use "Ocean" (it's in the pharmacy section). You could also try Breathe-Right strips. Or put your face over steaming water. To prevent stove mishaps or burns, boil it in a large saucepan, then pour it in a bowl. Stick your face over the bowl and drape a towel over your head to keep the steam contained. Breathe slowly and deeply for 5 minutes or until the water cools and there is not more steam. If these non-medicated remedies don't work, try Sudafed or another non-prescription sinus medication.

Eat something spicy for temorary relief... Or, boil water and stand over the steam from the pot from a reasonable distance. You could always try the kleenex that have menthol....

i had a real bad sinuse issue and went to the doc and got antibiotics and they didnt work then i went and got tylonel sinus it worked like a charm in an hour

buy a pak of tik taks and eat them all at once or get orbitzs gum the 1 in the green packet and then eat 2 and that should help
