Not sure how AF basic runs now but I believe your final physical assessment is after warrior week and you fail it, you could be recycled, having personal clothing items or contraband in your security drawer could get you recycled, sneaking out of the dorm, the list could be quite lengthy. I believe warrior week is in the fifth week of training and there is still a week left of training before graduation. There is still the AF basic test to pass as well.

any number of reasons. he could be a moron and not follow the simple kindergarten level instructions in warrior week. maybe he did badly on the "obstacle course". theres a bunch of potentially hazardous stuff on that course that makes a lot of people get scared. he could have collapsed on the half mile hell, which is easy to do. its a challenging week, but at least you dont have to fold the damned shirts perfectly.

You could be on the bus ready to head to tech school and if you so much as make a stupid face, they will haul your butt off and take you back to week 1.
