It's pretty disgusting when a man does it. It's even more disgusting to see a woman spitting out her guts right in front of your face. If you are one of these women, please cut it out. Leave those disgusting things to men.

I'm fifteen (15) and you won't catch me dead doing that. Ever. That is really, and I mean Really, disgusting. Also, I've never seen a women/girl doing that. It's always the men, so leave us alone. But seriously, you guys HAVE to stop that, what are you, pigs? I won't 'leave it to the men', you guys have to stop that. WE have to 'cut it out'? Gentlemen don't spit in public. If you want us to be ladies, set the example and be gentlemen.

Spitting is not only disgusting but it can spread viruses through the air doesnt matter if you are a boy or a girl.

I think it is the most horrible thing when a female spits... She has no respect for herself and she don't have any respect for no one else. she needs to be told up front A.S.A.P. when she does spit in front of everyone. This isn't something that you take care of behind close doors...

I agree it is so uncouth to spit in public for both genders. Reserve spitting for the bathroom or the dentist office.

What kind of women do you hang out with. I've lived a few years and I've never seen a women do that it public except my 80 year old grandma and she couldn't help it.

first of all, yes it is disgusting. but we girls find it equally disturbing to see boys spitting too. sooooo either we all do it and get over it or EVERYONE stops, yeah that means men too
