Hi. I'm looking for the way to write the pronuciation of the numbers 1-10 in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). If you could help me out, that would be great.

But I mean, if you were to say them, how would your write out the pronunciation?

The writing in Chinese characters is the same in Cantonese and Japanese. For number 1, it's a line. For number 2, it's two lines, but the second line is at the bottom of the first line and longer than the first line. Number 3 has three lines and add one more line below from number 2. The last line below the second line is long than the other 2 lines. As for the other numbers... I'm not sure how to describe it

Chinese
1 is yi
2 is er
3 is san
4 is shi
5 is wu
6 is liu
7 is qi
8 is ba
9 is jiu
10 is shi

Cantonese
1 is yat
2 is yi
3 is san
4 is sei
5 is wu
6 is louk
7 is ??
8 is ba
9 is gao
10 is sup

Here are two videos that explain how to say one to ten in Mandarin Chinese. They are pretty clearly laid out and good for instruction. http://www.learnhowtochinese.com is the video producer's website where you can learn from more of her videos.
