If you were to put a coin into an empty bottle and then insert a cork in the bottle's opening, how could you remove the coin without taking out the cork or breaking the bottle?

you can't? Oh wait, if the cork is inside the bottle's opening, it falls into the empty bottle, so the bottle is still open and you can tak the coin out. Right?

Push the cork in, take the coin out. There is a riddle similar to this where you fill the bottle up with water, but I can't see that working for this one. :-)
