You can go into any good nutritional center and they'll have powered or liquid formulas that will put on weight, but also help in retaining muscle and not having you get all "fatty"...

Well I couldn't put on weight and spent lots of money on the Weight gaining supplements that body builders use.
I had two milkshakes a day for a month and gained 1 pound WOW wasn't worth the £30,00 it cost me plus the pint of milk a day!
I have at last put weight on so I no longer look like an advert for malnutrition!
This was mainly down to getting older and stopping smoking for 3 years I guess.
I know what it's like and I'm really glad I put weight on now.
Just wait and I'm sure you'll calm you metabolism down eventually!

some very good free nutrition planners on there, shows how many calories you need to eat for your specific goals etc..
A decent weight lifting routine (if that's what you want) will help you to put on lean weight, you don't want to get flabby right?!

Gain muscle. Thats all. Eat lots of proteins. Also a healthy balanced diet ,but protein is key. Protein turns into muscle and muscle weighs more than fat so gain muscle.
