There are a couple of reasons this might be occurring:
1) You are going through a growth spell. You don't mention how old you are, but if you are going through puberty or some other sort of development, it will certainly increase your metabolism.
2) If you are extremely active, your body could be telling you to eat to repair / replenish your stores. You don't mention your activity level, but this could play a part.
3) You could be eating foods that don't stay long in your digestive track. Simple carbohydrates are often easily assimiliated and pass through quickly. Try pairing your meals with some heart healthy fats (olive oil, nuts or other such fats) and protein. Both take longer to digest and will keep you fuller, longer.
4) You could be thinking you are eating a lot, when in fact you aren't. Try monitoring your calories for a day or two (keep a food journal). See where you are.
You could be blessed with a great metabolism. I am like you, I can chow down with impunity, but then again I am highly active.
If you are considered, you may want to see a doctor (if the symptoms continue for more than a week) but I'd go with the food increase. If you notice weight gain and none of the above apply, you may want to have a blood test (diabetes, etc).
Good luck.

A relative had this same problem, she told the doctor who sent her to a dietician. They said to drink more fluids while eating to help disolve the food for better digestion. If food isnt digested properly it is pushed through the body rapidly leaving you feel bloated then hungry again. Also the other suggestion she got was to slow down her eating and try chewing each bite about 30 times before swallowing.
I dont know if it works for her, but she hasnt said that she is still starving all the time, and her weight hasnt increased. She is an active person so she has a fast motabolism which for some people will make them burn food as fast as they eat it.
Check with you doctor, and see if they will refer you to a dietician.
Good Luck to ya

RE:
Why do I always feel hungry even after I eat a big meal?
Lately, no matter what and how much I eat, I always feel hungry. I eat and my stomach gets bloated to the point that it's full (I'm only 115 pounds - my stomach can't handle that), but the feelings of hunger don't go away. In fact it's so bad that I often feel nauseous and...

Check your calendar and see if you are in PMS, sometimes during this time we have a bottomless stomach.
Also, have you been eating normally lately, all three meals a day ?
If you have been dieting and now eating, your body wants to protect you by eating alot just in case you decide not to feed it again, it is storing food.
Lastly, you don't have to eat the food if you know , which you do, that it is hurting you and making what you thought was a simple situation into a bad one. Eat your normal amount of food then get up and get out of the house. Take a walk, clean your car trunk out, clean the inside of your car, take out the trash, anything to remove yourself from the food.
Best of Luck.
Get control or it's going to control you.
