None. They give YOU gifts not the other way around. You only give gifts for groomsmen/Ushers (people in wedding party who stand up next to your fiance) and your bridesmaids. That is it. No one else. Anyway dads dont care about getting gifts nor does he expect one.

The couple usually gives gifts to the parents together, so it's not really just from the bride.

Anything sentimental is good.

I don't think you have to give him one but if you feel like you need to, I would say either tee time or some time at a driving range. Most men like golf and if he doesn't golf I still think he would enjoy time at the range to practice or spend some time alone. (this is coming from my boyfriends father by the way)

I unfortunately, don't have this as a worry as my fiance's father passed away when he was a baby. But I would say something tailored to his interests. Such as if he likes fishing, something with fishing. If he's a golfer, something related to golf. etc. etc. If you're not sure of his interests, you could always go with something such as a photo of him and his son when his son was young, in a nice frame (like a sterling silver, or pewter). Making photos black and white makes them look classier, and it's something he can keep in his office, or at home.

Hope this helps a little.

You do not get him a gift - the couple does not give gifts except to attendants.

Hi,

A handmade portrait (Oil or other mediums) from a photo that you choose can be a very personal and unique gift.

Try: www.paintyourlife.com

I think you will like it and more important the gift receiver will love it!

Good luck

If you want to give him a gift ask your fiance what his father's interests are. You're not obligated to give him any gift at all though.'

Get something that you know he would like. If he collects something, find something that is part of what he collects that he doesn't have yet. For instance, my father in law likes model trains. He has a lot that he buys and restores. I would find one that he doesn't have yet, and get that for him. Like a specific engine that he has been looking for or something like that.

NOT A TIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Gift cards are good, he can get what he wants.....wrap it in a box and say for the man who has everything.
Pick something he likes to do, add to a collection or hobby. BE NON-TRADITIONAL, it worked for me and my daughter-in-law.
