Be very clear with him it is over and you have moved on and he needs to do the same. Don't indulge conversation, don't offer up friendship...don't offer any signal of hope that this can rekindle.
If you are under 18 tell your parents if this is too difficult for you.

I see restraining order being used here....this is a severe step and can be very damaging to his future...be sure it is necessary if that is the step you choose.

Dude two words...Restraining Order! On the other hand though, if you still have some kind of communication going on with him, I'm inclined to think that you haven't completely let him go either. In which case, you have to first let go and be positively ready to do anything (legal that is) to keep him away from you.

Tell him you will get a restraining order. If he still does not leave you alone, have him picked-up by the cops. If he violates the court order, inform him he can be charged with stalking---a felony. Warn him first!

If your relationship with your boyfriend is important to you, you should seriously consider cutting all ties with the ex.. It seems to me that no good can come of letting an ex control you. I think he (the ex) just wants to feel loved. I think he wants to know he still has power over you even though you're with someone else. He wants you to still be emotionally attached to him, even if he doesn't want to be with you. If he calls, don't answer. If he tries to talk to you, tell him you don't want to talk to him. Don't let the boy control you.

Good luck.

save texts, voice-mails, and so on. something with him asserting he can harm her. Get witnesses in case you could, and if in any respect achievable use a voice recorder on your telephone to record what he says to her. Meet with a lawyer and communicate approximately his strikes and your innovations. It additionally helps in case you have ever had a PFA against him.
