i dnt exactly know.. but. all i know is if im running 1 hour.. i surely lost. over 500 cal,, base on my bike.. i have a calories counting on my bike.. i wrode for an hour.. i lost about 800 cal.. well anyway.. for ten minutes? lol i think 30 cal
