I don't feel inclined either to sell it or give my soul away to the Devil or to the God by the way.

I hope you get to know Jesus too one day... because all you know about him at present is some second hand propaganda from the man-made fan-mag called the BIble...Jesus is a remote star you've never met but you have a crush on the image his promoters have hyped...good luck with that!

I hope you won't be offended by this but it is not really you that the devil is interested in. He wants to usurp God's rightful place. He mistakenly thinks that if he has enough people on his side then he wins.

Have you read the book of Ruth in the Bible? It is only 4 chapters long so it is a very fast read and a lovely story.
Think about the scene in the town meeting area where Boaz talks to the near kinsman. In the book of Ruth the near kinsman has the first right to marry Ruth and claim her land. Since she is a foreigner he decides that he doesn't want to jeopardize his own inheritance. He turns the offer down making it possible for Boaz to marry Ruth.

When we appear on Judgment Day before our Creator our near kinsman will most assuredly claim us.

Is the devil your near-kinsman or is Jesus Christ. You have to make your choice in this life and it is an eternal choice.

The devil was once an angel who tried to place himself above God. He got his butt kicked out of heaven along with anyone he had managed to convince to follow him. In return for his eternal damnation, he decided he would take out his revenge on us. The reason he does this is because God created us in His image. We remind the devil of God, whether we choose to obey God or not. Jesus, the Son of God, says in the Bible, "The thief (the devil) comes but for to steal, kill and destory, but I have come that you may have life and have it more abundantly." When we choose to repent of our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us. When we choose to do what we want, we pay a terrible price. The Bible says, "what is it worth if we gain the whole world and yet lose our soul?" God considers us precious and wants to bless and protect us and have a relationship with us. But like a parent whose child has chosen to rebel, He cannot help us until we lay down our pride and self-righteousness and repent of our ways. I do not regret the moment I gave my life to Christ. He is my best friend and He honestly takes fabulous care of me! I know some people have had bad experiences with Christians--I have had some pretty ugly encounters myself. But I have never had a bad experience with Jesus! God Bless you and I hope you get to know Jesus--please don't put off knowing Him. He's truly Wonderful!!!!

in the end it doesnt, evil is irational at the core...
why do people murder little children or other crazy things??
evil is irrational

add to that, no love of God on the devils part and the easiest way for him to try and hurt God is to hurt us...
irrational yes
evil yes

faith however is reasonable
but it takes grace form God to accept the faith as reasonable as it may be because the human heart is tinged with evil, and just a s a criminal will freely run from a policeman we freely run from God without his grace

forget the devil
choose God

There is no need to sell ones soul. The devil already owns it. Jesus said in Matthew , I will rob the strong mans house.(SATAN) "I pray for the world, not the whole world, but those that thou hath given me, I shall not lose one."

The curse of death in genesis is for all of us. the second death separation from God forever.

God himself has provided a way for some people to have communion with him forever. The Devil wants to be worshiped.

The devil is a cruel master, interested only in dominating souls for his own benefit.

God offers souls true freedom.

In the end, you have only these two choices, so you better start working on the problem now, before it's too late.

As with anything a human does to their own benefit, so would Satan to his own.
To stroke his ego of course.
To slap in the face, that which he knows to be true, of God.
Remember that jealousy was the reason for the beginning of the fallout.
It has nothing to do with you or me.
We happen to be trapped in the middle.

That's in your mind. But you do know that God is our creator if it wasn't for him creating Earth and Humans we wouldn't be. And the Devil is out to kill and destroy us all because he was kicked out the Heavens by God but Jesus his son redeemed us all and it's up to us as humans and God's creation to go down his righteous path..

Satan wants to distract us from serving God. He knows he has a limited amount of time to do so. So you need to study the bible and learn about god. Read the first chapters of Genesis and Job

He was kicked out of heaven for wanting to be like God. He then became his enemy.
He does not want to destroy your soul, he wants to keep you from God and his mercy. Your soul won´t be destroyed, you will burn at the lake of fire and sulfur with the devil.

Remember, we belong to Satan until we decide to belong to God. It is our decision.
