Hello,
Im going through puberty and I am developing a moustache at great speeds. Alot of the girls in my class *grade 8* think that it is gross and unatractive. I like it. Its very manly XD. Anyways I don't know if I should shave it or not?
And if I should? How?
P.S. The moustache has nothing to do with my culture or anything :\

Well, the development of secondary sex characteristics is a big deal with guys, and girls don't get it. Especially 8th grade girls. But you will sooner or later lose the novelty of it and get into shaving.
It depends on how much you are into dealing with girls: if being attractive to girls is already a major priority, you should shave, and that is a manly thing to do, also. If you don't care so much about the girls, then enjoy the development of facial hair. Soon enough, you'll change your priorities and start shaving anyway...

Ok... if you shave it now... it will in fact come back quicker and thicker. I speak of experience. I shaved at an early age. And when I was in the military for 8 yrs, I had to shave twice a day, just to keep the clean shavin appearance. It is not fun. I would not worry what girls would think right now... It all changes as you get older. I would say leave it alone.

well my brother was in a similar situation last year also grade 8. he shaved his mustache and he got to high school where they have fricken full grown beards. to be honest, i think a guy is kinda like a little boy if he doesnt have to shave in high school. screw those middle school girls, they'll get over that mustaches-are-so-uncool phase. so just wait till high school to do something like that. plus, if u shave now the thicker it comes back. so if u dont want 5o'clock shadow, i suggest u leave ur manliness alone.

I think a mustache looks good even a goatee. Just keep it nicely trimmed and not to long. Don't worry they will come around if they haven't already.
Oh Yeah, for your mom be sure to rinse out the sink if you do decide to shave....

If you start shaving it, it will grow back even thicker and you'll have to keep shaving it. After a while, you'll get razor bumps and nicks from cutting yourself. Just leave it alone...it's the way God intended you to look. I promise you, some girls will like you the way you are...these are the girls who should matter to you, my friend! ;)

if you're good looking, then its attractive(if you have brown/black hair) and its not too long like old guys. In my school thats very attractive for guys your age to have discreet but noticeable mustaches. very manly indeed.

Shave it dude. cuz ur teen so acne is gunna be knockin soon and its gunna get stuck underneath da stache and its just gunna be F***ed UP
