It is up to you and your friends whether to report her or not. If you want to report her, you can always call INS (I'm sure you can call the toll free number listed on their website, and they'll route you to the right person). Even if you don't report them, sooner or later, they'll find out and deport her out of the U.S.

With most local law enforcement agencies there is almost no chance they will do anything.
