Well, the blood of a spotless lamb was for the covering of sins. How sinful has your car been? If it needs a blessing, find someone of faith to pray over your car. While your at it, perhaps you should have that person pray for you as well.

If you are serious, I would contact a local clergyman who I am sure would say a prayer over your car. This would be similar to a house blessing ceremony.

Hi,, why not do like they do when they bless the fleet... just get a priest to say a blessing for you...you would not know how to kill a sheep if you had to anyway.....
