I like that she takes the shortcuts where they come (pre-chopped veggies, frozen veggies, canned broth) but still sticks to T&T culinary techniques for flavor, like searing, infusing, and lots of herbs and spices.

I love her shows and have cooked many of her 30 minute meals and they were great and only took the 30-40 min.
I watched her new show once and it was pretty good. She has a vivacious personality and loves to cook and talk. She is in the right business if you ask me. I'm glad to see her branching out from Food Network. She's a cutie too and you were right about her charisma. That's why she's made it so far.(not to mention, her food IS really yummy)

Yeah, she only takes 30 minutes to cook, but everything is always right there, usually chopped and ready to go. But she is fun to watch. The only other show I've seen of hers is the $40 a day show or something like that. Where she travels to popular places and gets three meals for under a certain amount of money. Of course she's a real cheap tipper too! But that show is fun to watch also.

I don't mind her on 30 minute meals, most of the things she makes don't appeal to me too much though. $40 a Day and Tasty Travels are also okay shows. BUT that talk show of hers? Catch it while you can I don't think it's going to make it to next season. It totally sucks she's super loud, it's like she forgot how to talk in a normal voice. Where I live she's on at the same time as Martha Stewart and truthfully I'd rather watch Martha, I've gotten some wicked good recipes off of her shows and learned a lot of tricks for around the house. To each their own though.

I love how she makes her food lest in 30 mintues because then you can see that you too can make a meal with in 30 mintues. I always watch her shows and learn how to cook some meal with in 30 mintues. I am good in cooking but you have to know how to prepared early and have all the ingredience before you cook all the food that you want to cook. I would have the time to get things ready and prepared before I make my food. Just like racheal. I am the type that would love to be in the kitchen and cooking some meals that you would love to have for your tasty treat....

Anyone can make a meal in 30 minutes if everything is laid out for them and pre-cut and pre-measured. Personally, I think she's as annoying as heck. Every other word out of her mouth is "yummy!" She only makes things look so simple because she doesn't actually have to do any work. Think about it.

I love her, shes diverse, sparky and I have tried one of her recipes and it actually takes no more than 30-35 minutes and it tasted great. She does talk a little to much but that's her personality
