I just got a phone call from a bill collector and I couldn't afford to pay the bill, so I had phone sex with him under the condition that he will "Lose" my file. Am I bad? He keeps calling back.

it depends.. did he lose your file and how do you know for sure? I say do what you must do.. hell i wish i did that.. the problem is he could have just lost your file right to the credit bureaus and you wont know for about another 90 days or if you keep checking you credit... Man good luck to you..

if he did not lose your file, you can file a lawsuit for harrasment and abuse since he accepted and keeps calling in return of sexual favors, do not matter of who start or who was the one of the idea.
