You need proof of insurance . Birth certificates and social security cards for everyone in your household. Proof of income. Pay stubs from the last couple of weeks. Proof of how much your rent is or house payment. I was not actually on it. but , we were having a hard time a few years ago and this is what they told me to bring. Oh, you also need an application from them to feel out. You either go to their office or you call them and they will mail one to you. Good luck . It helps my aunt and uncle out great. You do not need an application for wic. You just sit up an appointment with them by phone and they will ask you to bring all of the things that I have listed.

In our county, you need a statement of your pregnacy. Your I.D. Here you apply through the Community Action Corporation Here you apply for food stamps at the Department of Jobs and Family Services.

have a doctor's referrral, pay check subs for the last month and take off to the nearest WIC office.
as for food stamps, i believe you need lots of time. and i mean alot. bring some books to read, some music to listen to, and a cell phone to text friends when you are bored. and bring the above: doctor's referral and pay check stubs your ID card, your SSN card and they may ask you for your "baby daddy" income too. so uh..be prepared for that one. because when they do that, they will go after him for child support.
