Love....is a very complex topic. The question should be more....if you are old enough to be allowed to act upon everything that comes along with the feeling of being in love? You are in love if: you go to bed and you are thinking about the person....and you wake up thinking about the person...you want to be with the person....and later on you want to do other things with the person....which is the part that's questionable- are you old enough to do other things other than being in love with the person?...because you can be in love from the distance....
Yes, it could be any age....everything below 13 I would call puppy love.

Usually, but not always, you have to be at least 18 to experience TRUE LOVE. It matters more on your personal/mental growth than on anything else. I mean, you must really be ready to love someone.
Some people go for the opposite gender for their looks--which I think is silly and childish. Beauty is only skin deep--look for something that's deeper than that. ... you won't regret it...

I think you can fall in Love at any age. You don't have to be in love with him though. I also believe that you only truely fall in love once, so maybe he's not it.

sweety u will know when u r in love. the anticipation of of seeing him for the first time that day. the thought of him is always with u.the things u see remind u of him.there is no set age on love it just happens so go with it ,see if he feels the same.

it is been shown that your strategies would not strengthen totally till age 25 or so. in my view...i think of you will desire to attend till then to purely make certain you're trully in love. this type, you do not think of with you heart purely, yet alongside with your head besides. for this reason lots (not all) of youthful couples have maximum of problems with one yet another. they think of they're in love whilst quite they're only arising their brains togethere...then ultimately..they locate out they are not. IDK...it is only my own opinion

love comes in all ages, it really doesn't matter ,age is just a number, but only you can answer that question , open your heart
if you see him there then you mind will tell you it is love, but if your heat refuses him then , no he is not for you, good luck
