Marinate it overnight with a Mccormick's or other steak seasoning marinade mix and then grill it. Marinating meats overnight will always make it taste great without much work at all!

Charcoal only & of course a good cut of meat. Our local grocery store carries a nice selection of thick cut steaks, Ribeyes are our favorites, but NY Strips are a close second. Sprinkle both sides of meat with Montreal Steak Seasoning & rub into steaks. Let sit for about 15 - 20 minutes ( this can be done while coals are coming to medium heat ) Grill over medium heat turning 1 or 2 times only with tongs - no fork or knife this will hold in the juices. Grill to desired doneness ( I prefer medium, while my sweetie love rare/medium rare ) In a wok or medium non stick skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter & sautee 2 cloves garlic mnced. Add sliced baby bella mushrooms & a couple tbsp red wine. Sprikle with fresh ground pepper & kosher salt, then sautee til mushrooms are just starting to carmelize, stirring often with a spatula. Serve over or along side grilled steaks as well as some fresh garlic bread!!

Remember these things
1. always marinate the night before-put you r favorite seasonings along with a tsp of vinegar in a bag, shake it up and let sit at least over night.
2.never overcook the steak.
3. choose side dishes that compliment and brings out the dish, don't be afraid to try something different.

Buy the best steak and cook it properly.
Try Cayenne pepper, garlic salt, lemon pepper over Royal Oak Charcoal. Oh, my, God!
(I just started salivating like crazy)

Use McCormick's steak rub and grill it.
10 minutes on each side should do it.
