Yes this works along with Frontline, and Revolution. You should also buy a flea spray for the house from your vet. In order to completely get rid of the fleas, you should spray your house twice a week for two months. This will break the flea cycle. When adult fleas lay eggs they can lie dormant for up to a year in your carpet. The flea spray will control all stages flea growth if you make sure that the spray contains pyrethins or growth regulators.

advantage does work, but frontline is better. they tell you it works for a month but if you have a bad flea problem or if your cat gets wet the effectiveness may not be as strong. make sure you put it in the nape of the neck so that it can absorb into the skin and be produced through the glands...

The product Revolution works much better than Advantage for cats. Don't forget to spray your house for fleas, too, or they will just come back in spades on your kitty. Good luck sweetie.

I was skeptical but it really does work. It is well worth using as your vet prescribes. We have not had flea problems since beginning to use a systemic product on our dogs. You may want to treat your home with a good flea spray to kill off the fleas that are already there.

oh yes, it sure does. I applied advantag only ONCE on my two cats and the fleas disappeared within 2 days! Its been three months since and they are still flea-free!

yes it does, but u will have to watch ur home ,carpet and furniture, to make sure none escaped the cat and laid eggs that only take 7 to 10 days to hatch and u have a million more. good luck

like a charm..make sure it is placed on bare skin @ the base of the neck above the shoulder blades, where the kitty can not lick it off..

It's expensive, but it's the best. I tried some cheaper brands, but they didn't work at all
