No matter what you say, she's still going to feel fat. It's about her. I learned this the hard way with a friend of mine. Ruined our friendship because I couldn't stand her comparing herself to me. Anywho i've though about it and I think I could have asked her to join me in my work outs and maybe that would have helped her gain some self-esteem. Basically, work out with her.

Keep telling her how pretty she is. And let her know that you wouldnt change a thing about her. If that doesnt work....tell her that if she drops any more weight than your going be really upset because you dont want her to change shes perfect the way she is. Tell her that those skinny girls and the ones who are a bit skinnier than her look ugly. You like a girl with shape or you wouldnt of noticed her before. You love her curves and if she drops any more weight she wont have those perfect curves that you love so much. Keep saying these things to her. Lots of time girls just say they are fat to get some attention from their man. So give it to her.And keep telling her these things.

lady buddy has intense situation. i'm 5'2", weigh ninety 5 lbs and that i understand i'm underweight. At 14 she hasn't even finished becoming thoroughly. She's gonna break her skeletal and muscular shape and be a harm earlier she's 30. not something you're able to do for her. it is a few thing she's gotta artwork out for herself. not intending to be a hammer here yet I easily have a real situation with the academic gadget occurring at present (and for the previous 40 years) besides because of the fact the type marketplace. we live in a society of extremes. the two the grossly obese or the grossly underweight. i'd desire to grant you an entire thesis on the two matters and the psychological foundation for the two ... yet, you're yawning already so we will bypass away or not it is.

Tough one. It may just be a little insecurity on her part, or it could be something more serious, like an eating disorder. And if its an eating disorder, as comforting and reassuring as you try to be as a boyfriend, it won't help, and she's most likely going to need professional help, from a counsler or a therapist. However, if its just that's she's a bit nervous about her body, especially around you, just make sure you tell her she looks nice, pretty, beautiful, and that you love her just the way she is. =)

It sounds too me like she just wants the attention of you telling her she is not fat.... I would try to just ignore her comments and if she starts on the issue more do not only tell her how sexy you think she is show her

simple, go swimming, that way she show her body in front of other and build confident. or buy her dress to be her look pretty. she will feel that guy are alway looking at her not because she is fat, but beautiful.

It is not a easy thing to do but keeping treating her with respect and let her know she is the one you are interested in no matter what. This is not going to happen over night but she will hopefully see that your concern and love for her is sincere

Trick her into working out with you, then she will be more confident. But dont tell her she needs to lol, bad, REAL BAD. Just make it sound like fun, or something.

don't go out of your way to do it, just give her a lot of support and always say, "NO! You don't look fat at all!"
