Should Street Gangs be treated like terrorist organizations?

Since Gangs cause crime, civil unrest, and seem to be a pari military force, arent they domestic terrorists. I took an oath to protect the constitution and the United States of America from all enemies, foreign and Domestic, should gang areas be put under martial law, and gang members treated as enemy combatants? what do you think?

puresplprix when did i say arrest people or shoot them for wearing colors, due proccess still,just more hostile, but if your found flashing gang colors in a gang area doing criminal activity, your open season.

When they say "enemies, foreign and domestic" I believe they DO fall under domestic enemies, because they terrorize people who are just trying to make it in this world.

Martial law is unacceptable this day and age. If our enemies were to see we can't even control our country, many of them would join the terrorist organizations we are fighting and things would be worse for us as long as we are fighting overseas. Bring the troops home successfully, then this becomes an option. People in the areas would be pissed for a while, but when all the gang members are gone, they would forget about it.

So your tellin me that im just walkin down the street in a bad neighborhood where i or someone i know stays wearin my fav red outfit or driving my car that happens to be cherry red (reds my fav color, no affliation) and the goverment is just gonna open up on me with machine guns, wow your no better than the damn gang members, you might as well join them, oh wait your already in a gang, its just legal and instead of taking over a neighborhood you just push your way into whole countrys, and you guys still sell drugs only diffrence is you sell them and then get to arrest the people that buy them and try to make profit like you, my mistake=), oh and to add you can pay for this crap outta your own pocket.

highway gangs would desire to be dealt with like terrorists, because of the fact they're. The sell terror in the regulation abiding electorate. the clarification they are not dealt with that way is by using their kinfolk getting lots time on television after one is taken down. those kinfolk detect a image that exhibits them looking like an angel and communicate approximately how they have been stable infants in a bad situation. The attorneys and politicians leap on board with this media blitz and condemn the police for their movements. If we ever pick to have human beings become to blame for their movements, then the line gangs will shrink. Their movements could have effects.

An "urban guerrilla" (terrorist) is if anything, worse than a "foreign guerrilla (terrorist) We should be able to trust the people we live amongst not live in fear of them. Did they not learn ANYTHING from 9/11?
As for the suggestion from Poncho Rio;- I think this is an insult to the brave American servicemen in Afghanistan. I do hope he meant his remark as a joke.

Only if your are in china. I noticed you mentioned the constitution first. If you took an oath to pretect the US constitution, the constitution should inform your answer, which is that all accused persons no matter what the crime are afforded their full rights under the constitution.
