I think that it already is illegal to some respect, but it is a difficult thing to enforce.

The low life in Government will never end, not in my lifetime and not in your children's lifetime. The reason this is fact is pure and simple greed. It is by far the worst human trait. I will vote for the lessor of two known evils. I don't like it but that is life. Republicans have a long history of support for the wealthy. Democrats have a long history of support of the working class. All reports i have read say that Republicans will end Social Security, that is the goal, it has been a stated goal for a long time.
Working class tax payers will pay the $2 trillion cost of the Republican Iraq war. Working class tax payers will also pay the Republican debt that they ran up of $9 trillion. Our young people are not stupid, they know that taxes are being moved away from the wealthy and they see the facts written on the wall.
Republicans never pay for there own mistakes. Just like they are not the service men dead in Iraq now. 66 this month alone.

Either you DON'T know what nepotism is, or you don't know what elections are. One way or the other, nepotism is illegal.

why not let the voters decide?
As long as it isn't a secret let people who disapprove vote that way.
