For the first time a guy asked me out. I never saw him in my life.
this is what happened.
I was helping the school put in forms in the candy sale envelopes with all the girls in my class in the audertorium in front of other students. Suddenly a line of boys pass right by me. This one guy taps me on the shoulder and says
mysterious boy: Can I have ur phone number?
me: What? huh?
Mysterious boy:Lets go out. You can go out with me or my man here.
Me:No thank you
Mysterious boy:Aww come on. My man is a good guy.
Me:NO!
So was it ok for me to reject him? His looks wasnt my taste and after that I wished I said to him
1.I don't know you
2.Ur not my type
3.WTF?!?!
4.I don't know you
5.Get a life
If I should have taken the chance then say so but Im afraid to be embarrassed by my parents and I have no intrest in him

Lol, sorry to laugh its just that that sort of things happens to everyone. It even happened to me, of course i was not as smart as you and said no, i did not want to hurt the girls feelings so i said yes. For a whole month this "relationship" went on, we were both unhappy, and in the end, i was the one who ended up looking like a jerk. Anyways, i think you did the right thing. And dont worry about your parents teasing you, everybodys parents does that, even mine. You sort of just ignore after a while. It makes me laugh at how childish they are acting, so it all works out in the end.

well,,, i have been in almost the same situation i would say know for now but than say to him maybe we can get to now eachother and i will put some more thought into it. ya know become a little closer to him since you have never seen him before. and after maybe a month of knowing him if YOU feel like he is a good guy than go for it but don't wait too long or he wil loose intrest tell him y9iou wiill think about it if he has lunch with you for a week or so get to know him and then...... follow youre heart!!

I think you did the right thing. Your first instinct was to say no, and like you said you don't know this guy. He might only be after one thing. And if you didn't like the way he looked or acted then I think you did the right thing. Its better to get to know a guy before giving out your number because he could be bad. Anyways you did the right thing by following your instincts don't worry.

well you probably did the right thing seeing as you never new him so he would have never got to know you, all this means is his only after one thing and there you go if hes looks weren't your taste that's just more a reason to say no
