My girlfriend and I have been dating for a year, I am 15 years old, and she is 17 years old.Her mother hates me and my mother with a passion for the single fact that she wants to move in with me when shes 18 which is ok with my family. She will be 18 in 7 months and she is planning on moving in with me. Her mother is trying everything to break us apart so that doesn't happen. Im a good kid ive never been in trouble with the law or anything like that. She is threating to put a restraining order if i dont dump her daughter because she wont dump me.Shes telling our school and everyone she knows that i have beat her and is trying to use this to get a restrining order. Ive never hit grabbed or even touched my girlfriend in anyway, and my girlfriend wont lie and said i did because she knows i havent and wants to remain together. Her mother is on medication for mental reasons and they live in a 20g income where i live in a 90g income. Her father HAS beat her and i contacted SS.Can she get a RO?

The mother can't put a restraining order on you unless your girlfriend says that you have abused her.

She can certainly file and take you and your family to court. Whether she can get the permanent Order depends on what the judge hears in court. Since your girlfriend is a minor, the mother has a duty and a right to protect her and to use her (the mother's)best judgment about how to do that. Most judges would have to consider granting an order to keep a 17 year-old girl from leaving home to move in with a 15 year-old boy. Neither of you is mature enough to make that kind of decision and honestly your parents are nuts if they go along with this scheme.

She can get a restraining order until the girl is 18.
When the girl is 18 then there is nothing that the girl can do.
In my state when you reach the age of 17 means that you are legally an adult and can do whatever you wish.

Absolutly she receives a restraining order hostile to you.. and virtually any choose contained in the u . s . a . will provide it.. what "she" needs & what "you" choose dosent remember even a touch till you're 18... you'll love Juvi (it truly is the position they are going to positioned you the first time you violate the restraining order) relaxing position.. i comprehend i did 2 9 month excursions lower back to lower back in 2 different ones even as i changed into about your age.. (no longer for this although) briefly.. you're a minor.. and the lady is a minor.. you do not have any RIGHTS.. welcome to the authentic global kiddo...

You get one against her. But 15 is too young to be with an 18yr and your parents will probably get in trouble if she moves in and they let you have sex. Also if you do have sex she will get pregnant and you will be 16 with all the responsiblitiies of a father and the relationship won't last.

She can try but may not be very successful. My advice is to back off a little, see the gf a little less - after all, 7 months is no time at all.

yes as long as she is still a minor the mother controls the daugher in the eyes of the law...so becareful if i was you i'd break up with her just to make her mom stop geeking then when she turned 18 she'd come and live with you SURPRISE!!! just a thought!

You are too young to be dealing with this crap. Find someone your own age to like. And you are way too young to get serious with anyone.
